Today I'm sharing a weekly meal plan organizer that you can print and use to keep your meals on track for a week. The idea is basic but you'll be surprised how much it will help. Planning ahead keeps you from last minute trips to the grocery store (yuck) and from wasting food and money on things that don't get used. I notice a big difference in our grocery bill when we stick to a set plan. Those extra trips to the store add up, not to mention waste precious time you could be spending on something much more enjoyable. It also keeps you from take out or drive through runs when you come home from work too tired to think of an idea for dinner. Try it for a week and let me know what you think!
