Only one day to go, it has flown by! I could always use a little more time before Christmas, couldn't you? I just love the anticipation, the build up to the holiday. I'm always sad when it is over. I'm just not ready for the magic to end! I know our years of toys and Santa and true holiday magic are numbered so I'm going to make sure I'm truly present and enjoy every last bit of this Christmas and the next few to come. The little kid years go by so fast!

Begin seated with your legs outstretched straight in front of you. Bend your knees and bring the soles of your feet together as you let your knees fall out to either side. Draw your feet in as close to your body as is comfortable. Back off if you feel any pain in your knees. The closer the feet, the more intense the stretch.
Press the outer edges of your feet together firmly. You may hold the feet with your hands or gently open them (like a book). Gently encourage the knees and hips to open. Sit up tall with a long spine or gently fold forward with a straight back.
